Meet Kevin, GigCX Expert for Zwift

This week, we spoke to Kevin from the UK about their experience as a Zwift Expert. Let’s hear what they had to say…

Tell us a bit about yourself

My name is Kevin and I am 46 years old. I have been happily married for 22 years and I have a beautiful 18 year old son. My family is the most important thing to me! Aside from them, I love cycling, running and Manchester United. 

In my working life, I currently operate as a self employed IT consultant in the South West of the UK. 

What brands do you work for?

I am an Expert for Zwift. As I mentioned, I am a huge fan of cycling, so it is great to be able to connect with other cycling fanatics and help them as they figure out how to get the best of Zwift. 

I have been a Zwift user for over 4 years now, and I have had the pleasure of helping several people with their queries. My aim is to help as many Zwift customers as possible. As time passess, the more people I help, the better I will become. 

What do you like about being an Expert?

The flexibility and freedom of being an Expert is one of my favourite aspects of the work. The hours are completely flexible, and it is still possible to earn a good amount of money. I can decide I want to work at 4am, or 11pm, or any other hour of the day. The power is completely in my hands. 

It has made it possible for me to earn a good living doing something that I really enjoy, helping people. 

When and how do you answer questions the most?

There are several different ways that I can answer people’s queries. I can use my phone, MacBook and iPad to answer questions all throughout the day and night. Limitless provides an extremely flexible and accessible platform meaning that I can work anywhere that has a strong and stable internet connection.

How are you planning to spend your earnings?

On anything and everything I need throughout my daily life! Throughout the past 6 months the earnings I have received from Limitless have been my main source of income.
